Materials and methods. 135 birth histories of pregnant women suffering from diseases of the genitourinary system with delivery in the Grodno Regional Clinical Perinatal Center, Grodno, were selected and studied by random sampling. The results were processed using the programs Statistica 10.0, Microsoft Excel.
Results. The average age of pregnant women suffering from diseases of the genitourinary system was 26.2±0.7 years. The dominant groups are 30-34 years old (26.5%) and 20-24 years old (25.0%).
In the studied contingent, the proportion of women living in urban areas accounted for 81.5%, rural - 18.5% of women. Every fifth puerperal (20.0%) was not married. According to pregnant women, 23.0% had bad habits, including 51.6% - smoking, and 48.4% - drinking alcohol. 68.1% of women are employed, 8.9% are college and school students.

Assessing the correspondence of body weight and height, when registering pregnant women, the following results were obtained: BMI 18.5-24.9 (65.2%), BMI 25.0-29.9 (23.7%), BMI> 30 (8.1%), BMI <18.5 (3.0%).
The structure of concomitant general somatic pathology is as follows: diseases of the cardiovascular system (51.2%), diseases of the endocrine system (30.0%), disorders of the gastrointestinal tract (15.6%), etc.

In 67.4% of pregnant women, childbirth was resolved through the natural birth canal, 32.6% underwent a caesarean section for the following reasons: a scar on the uterus after a previous cesarean section (68.2%), aggravated obstetric and gynecological anamnesis (22.7% ), etc. All births ended in live births. Newborns were assessed on the Apgar scale: 8/9 (71.1%), 8/8 (20.7%), 9/9 (6.7%), 7/8 (1.5%).
