Abstract

This article tells about the dynasty of doctors – Bobrovih. A labor dynasty is a phenomenon in which people of the same profession pass on their skills and glorious labor traditions from generation to generation. Labor dynasties are not artificial, they are created and formed by themselves - naturally: young workers take an example from their elders, the elders admire the best, and so a working dynasty is formed, which becomes part of a large medical family. The article tells about who Viktor Ivanovich Bobrov is and for what merits he is still remembered. Every child inherits from his parents not only intellectual abilities, genes and even facial features, but also quite often their professions. The article tells about Bobrov's daughters, who continued the work of Viktor Ivanovich. The Bobrov family has its own special document, it is called "The list of merits rendered to the Russian Society of the Red Cross by the chief paramedic of the Ryazan Red Cross Hospital Viktor Ivanovich Bobrov." In this regard, it is now possible to meet whole generations of hereditary lawyers, actors and even doctors.

The problem of studying the succession of family dynasties is important and relevant. One may wonder whether the profession is hereditary. If you study various historical facts, you can see that a large number of descendants are engaged in music in a family of musicians, that a grandfather, father and son sew boots in a family of shoemakers. There are dynasties of doctors and teachers. Modern society needs role models more than ever. An example for someone may be the genus Beaver. Doctors are always subject to high ethical and legal requirements. These are people who must have certain qualities: they must be demanding first of all to themselves, they must be compassionate, they must have compassion for people, they must devote themselves wholeheartedly to medicine and, of course, they must have fortitude and determination in difficult situations. Medical ethics is a very complex and elusive concept. It includes altruism, generosity and enthusiasm. There is a willingness to always come to the rescue. Every child inherits from his parents not only intellectual abilities, genes and even facial features, but also quite often their professions. In this regard, it is now possible to meet whole generations of hereditary lawyers, actors and even doctors. The family dynasty, (professional) represents the transfer of experience from knowledge. These skills and abilities are passed from parent to child. In addition, a professional dynasty is an atmosphere in the family, thanks to which children have a desire to follow in the footsteps of their parents. Every successful person, in all periods of human life, tries to pass on to his children the knowledge and skills that he possesses. And in each generation, these professional skills and abilities have been improved. Such families in which a child follows in the footsteps of his parent, inheriting his profession, are called dynasties. At all times, such family professional dynasties were treated with respect. One of these dynasties is the Bobrovs. The dynasty extends from grandfather to granddaughter, great-granddaughter and great-great-granddaughter. The Bobrov family is very famous not only in Russia, but all over the world. The Beaver Dynasty is a world—famous scientific dynasty that has several generations.

"A labor dynasty is a phenomenon in which people of the same profession pass on their skills and glorious labor traditions from generation to generation" [1]. Labor dynasties are not artificial, they are created and formed by themselves - naturally: young workers take an example from their elders, the elders admire the best, and so a working dynasty is formed, which becomes part of a large medical family. The Bobrov dynasty consists of five generations of doctors. His ancestor is Viktor Ivanovich Bobrov. The famous doctor Viktor Ivanovich Bobrov was born in the family of a school teacher in the village of Vysheli, Penza region. After completing the spiritual seminar, he entered the State University of Dorpat, where, together with the future rector N.N. Burdenko, he headed the Penza Student Organization. This friendship lasted their whole life.

Burdenko Nikolay Nilovich is a famous Russian, Soviet surgeon. When he was a fourth–year student, he actively participated in the First World War (in the Russian-Japanese conflict). On the battlefields, he provided surgical care to wounded soldiers. He worked in the so-called "flying cars" - sanitary trains [1]. Thanks to his influence and friendly insistence, Viktor Ivanovich Bobrov and his wife Polina Fedorovna Leontovskaya, also a surgeon by training, after completing their studies at the medical institute, volunteered for the front. They also saved the lives of wounded soldiers, carried out operations in special flying medical detachments.

Viktor Ivanovich Bobrov performed his first operations in the hospitals of the First World War, where he got together with his friend Nikolai Burdenko after graduating from the medical faculty of the Imperial Yuriev University. In Voronezh, together with Burdenko, they organized a medical process at the public clinic of the Red Cross at the Mykolaiv Medical Faculty.During his service, Viktor Ivanovich made about twelve trips to various sectors of the front. For his dedication, for his work under enemy fire, Viktor Ivanovich was awarded the Orders of St. Anna of the 3rd degree, St. Stanislav of the 2nd degree and St. Stanislav of the 3rd degree with swords.

The Bobrov family has its own special document, it is called "The list of merits rendered to the Russian Society of the Red Cross by the chief paramedic of the Ryazan Red Cross Hospital Viktor Ivanovich Bobrov." This document tells that from August 26, 1914 to July 1, 1918, he and his wife made twelve business trips to various sections of the fronts of the First World War. These business trips were from Vilna (Vilnius) to Vladivostok and even to Romania, to the hospital of Prince Mir Murchi. It was here that the combat positions and rear hospitals were located directly.

For the operations carried out, Viktor Ivanovich Bobrov was awarded several Orders. As his daughter was later told, in 1918, Viktor Ivanovich Bobrov, along with his other academician Nikolai Burdenko, arrived in Voronezh. The trip was organized as part of the University of Dorpat. In Voronezh, surgical friends continued their professional activities. On the basis of the Mykolaiv Community Hospital (Red Cross Hospital" Viktor Ivanovich and Nikolai Nilovich organized their educational and therapeutic work. Even then, the direction of bone and joint surgery stood out in it" [2]. In 1924, Viktor Ivanovich Bobrov also opened a department for patients with tuberculosis of joints and bones in Voronezh. It was the first medical institution in the city and even in the region at that time.
