Understanding the development of medicine in the Chechen Republic inevitably leads to an analysis of the role of people whose talent and work deserve universal attention. Their names live, their deeds delight and arouse interest not only among the population of the Republic, but also the whole country.
It's no secret that success in the scientific field, in education as a whole, is largely based on literate people who are ready to give themselves to their work, one of whom is Elina Lechaevna Isaeva.
Elina Lechaevna Isaeva was born on November 11, 1968 in the city of Grozny, Chechen-Ingush ASSR. In 1986, she graduated from secondary school No. 46 in Grozny, Chechen Republic, with a gold medal. One of the most important steps in every person's life is the choice of a profession, because it depends on how his fate will develop in the future. And so, after graduating from school, Elina Lechaevna entered the Biology and Chemistry Faculty of the L.N. Tolstoy Chechen-Ingush State University, majoring in Chemistry, and graduated with honors in 1991.
Our heroine began her career back in 1991 at her native Chechen-Ingush State University named after L.N. Tolstoy. For several years she worked as an assistant, and then as a teacher at the Biology and Chemistry Faculty. Thanks to her unique organizational and professional abilities, manifested in the course of her work, Elina Lechaevna has been acting as Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Biology and Chemistry for educational work since 2011.
In the same year, at Kuban State University, she defended her thesis for the degree of Candidate of Chemical Sciences on the topic "Structure and magnetic properties of coordination compounds of copper (II) and nickel (II) with some benzoxazines", specialty 02.00.01 – Inorganic Chemistry.
